The curriculum, which should be delivered by physicians with experience providing care to Indigenous children and youth, covers:

Global Child Health:A training program that provides residents with foundational knowledge around global child health issues. The curriculum is made for educators and consists of four one-hour interactive modules that have been designed to be taught as an educational series or standalone pieces, easily integrated into existing residency curricula. The modules focus on:
- Global Child Mortality
- Undernutrition
- Fever in the Returned Child Traveller
- Children and Youth New to Canada

This curriculum was designed with paediatric and family medicine residents in mind, but each learning module can be downloaded and shared at no cost in virtually any care setting. Assessment and Treatment of Disruptive Behaviour in Youth: Educational tools to teach resident physicians about the assessment and treatment of disruptive and aggressive behaviour in youth. The basic curriculum is targeted to residents in paediatrics and family medicine; the advanced curriculum targets residents in developmental paediatrics, adolescent medicine, and psychiatry.
